A Quick iPhone 4 Review

If you have the faintest interest in technology or mobile phones you'll know that Apple released the iPhone 4 last Thursday.

It's been their most successful product launch in their history and despite my predictions it actually went quite smoothly! Now you'll also have probably heard about the signal issues that are caused by holding the phone in it's bottom left corner. Personally I have seen this and yeah it's kinda annoying. However it will be fixed in the next few weeks with a software update so there isn't really much to worry about there.

A few friends who still own 3GS's have said that they don't see a massive improvement with the iPhone 4 and to an extent I agree. Although the new screen is amazingly clear and the camera blows pretty much everything else out of the water it is more of an evolution than a revolution, despite what Apples "This Changes Everything... Again" slogan implies. However the iPhone 3GS, despite being a year old was up until last Thursday still the best phone on the market.

The iPhone 4 runs a bit quicker, is a bit smaller and does a bit more. So yes, not life changing, but it makes the experience of owning a mobile phone better than it was before, so in that respect Apple have succeeded. They've made the best phone out there even better.
